Therapeutic Approach

Assessment

Melanie provides a thorough assessment for each patient at their first session and during  ongoing treatments. Every body is different, therefore every appointment is catered to each individual's goals, pathological condition and the state of their nervous system on that date.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is used to improve joint mechanics, restore mobility, and reduce pain. By combining assisted stretching, traction, and multi-plane movements to release fascial restrictions, this helps to enhance range of motion, improve posture  and performance while reducing stress and injury risk.

Melanie offers a variety of massage therapy techniques, such as:

- Deep Tissue Massage to target chronic muscle tension

- Sports Massage to support injury recovery and athletic performance

- Swedish Massage for relaxation and stress relief

Benefits for all include pain and tension relief, reduced stress, improved circulation, faster muscle recovery and increased flexibility.

Registered Massage Therapy

Fascial Release Therapy
